Unit Equipment Composition The cold mill is a set of reversing cold mill unit with advanced design technology and high quality, which can produce competitive products. The unit is a complete set of automatic equipment integrated with mechanical, electrical and fluid, which is composed by charging coil truck, uncoiler, pinch straightening machine, right recoiling reel, coil unloading equipment, equipment in front of the machine, 1600mm four rollers reversing cold mill working machine, equipment behind the machine, left recoiling reel, coil unloading equipment, matched facilities for roller changing, hydraulic system (hydraulic station, equipment lubrication, technological lubrication) and instrumentation system. (1) Rack-mount Rack-mount mainly consists of rack, rail chair, top and bottom beam, window slide, guide rail of supporting roller, guide rail lifting device of working roller, roller changing guide rail cylinder of top working roller, fixture of spindle and roller bending system of working roller. a. (5) Elevation adjusting device of rolling line Elevation adjusting device of rolling line mainly consists of motor, caliper type brake, coupling, reducer, adjusting bolt and adjusting nut. (6) Nozzle arrangement Nozzle arrangement is the final outlet of technological lubricant, which is provided for the lubrication and cooling of the surface of roller. (7) Main motor Type: Z560-4A 750KW 413/1200r/min 440V 1841A parallel connection of the two sets (8) Security coupling consists of safety pin, inside sleeve gear, outside sleeve gear, which is a gear coupling. (9) Universal spindle The rolling mill adopts working roller transmission, the transmission adopts universal spindle SWC350 (10) Reducer casing Reducer casing mainly consists of case, gear, spindle and bearing. a. Equipment in front of the machine Equipment in front of the machine consists of guide and guard devices in the middle front of the machine, oil removal plant, hydraulic cutter, right steering feeding device and thickness tester rack. Equipment behind the machine Equipment behind the machine mainly consists of oil removal device, left steering feeding device, hydraulic cutter and thickness tester rack. Roller changing device Roller changing device consists of roller changing machine of supporting roller, roller changing truck of working roller and lifting cover. (1) Roller changing machine of supporting roller mainly consists of track, track seat, hook, base, supporting frame, hydraulic cylinder. When changing the roller, pull out the bottom supporting roller from hydraulic cylinder, then hang the supporting roller frame on the bottom supporting bearing seat, using hydraulic cylinder to push bottom supporting roller device and supporting frame into rack window, laying bottom supporting roller to balance the oil cylinder, falling the top supporting roller device on the supporting frame, at last using hydraulic cylinder to pull the top and bottom supporting roller and supporting frame together. Opposite steps will be done when assembled. (2) Changing roller truck of working roller consists of lock device, tractor, transmission device, big carriage, roller changing carriage track, transition carriage, fixed carriage, proximity switch and hydraulic piping. (3) Lifting cover consists of cover, lifting device and guide slot. Lifting cover lies in front of the main mill. When changing the roller, fall the cover by lifting device, using roller changing oil cylinder of supporting roller to pull the cover under the roller changing carriage of working roller, then do the operation of roller changing. After the roller changing, put the lifting cover to the original place in order for the convenience operation of the mill. |
